This works great on the grates of a grill! Was told to avoid wire brushes due to concern part of brush may end up in your food. This scraper does the trick. I only use it on a cool grill.

I use this to clean the grates that came with the toaster oven. The family seems to like to stick veggie patties and toast right on the grates rather than on a cookie sheet, so the grates get really gunked up in a short time. I tried a pumice stick (or one of those synthetic non-pumice things) and used up an entire stick cleaning one grate. It worked, but at the cost of a bunch of ground up abrasive in my drain pipes. I ordered this thing because it seems less wasteful. It does a pretty good job of getting the gunk off, though it takes some time doing one little bar at a time. And no extra abrasives or cleaners needed, barring a bit of water to rinse. It's significantly better than trying to use a green scrubby or scouring powder or oven cleaner, for sure. Overall I am pleased with this tool.

This amazingly strong, heavy-duty little scraper fits our Weber grill well. It is easy to use. It is small, so you have to keep your grip on it, as it could easily fall. When the kids see us doing something (cleaning, cooking, etc.), they are wanting to try as well and they can help with this. It's nice because you can just toss it in your pocket to take camping or where there will be outdoor BBQ's although, again, you must be careful not to drop. Super strong and heavy-duty, amazing really.

This is the 2nd BBQ scraper I have ordered from this company--I gave the 1st to my daughter. Both times the item arrived when promised. The Sage Owl sent a follow-up email with tips on how to use and clean it and inviting me to email them if I had any questions and another email suggesting 10 places to store it other than at the BBQ. I would not hesitate to order from them again.The grill scraper cleaned my SS grill grates with ease, far superior to a pumice brick and/or balled-up piece of aluminum foil. With the grill scraper, I would scrape, wipe, scrape, wipe, repeat--it was pretty greasy and grimy after I had cleaned it with the pumice brick. I cleaned the bottom of the grates as well, far easier and more effective with this tool than with the pumice brick or foil ball. Then I fired up the grill and grilled chicken legs and thighs--no hint of what I grilled before it. I am glad I added this grill scraper to my grilling accessories, as starting with a clean grill means better-tasting food.

Great Product works really great for a quick clean

It was smaller than expected, but seems to work well. Regrettably it was manufactured in a country that engages in slave labor and a currently abuses the human rights of its citizens.

This little tool works great! It took no time at all to find the right area to use for my grill and it made clean up easy. I've always been concerned about using a wire brush, so now I don't have to worry about that. This little tool eliminates that worry and cleans the grill in no time! 10 out of 10! I totally recommend this!
