Robust flavor from the dried whole leaf of the black tea leaves... Great blend of spices... My only complaint... not enough heat from the spice needs more ginger.

It's a delicious tea but in a blind taste test I'd never guess it was supposed to be chai. It's also so fine that a mess is unavoidable when brewing with lose leaf.

I have bought loose leaf teas from this company before and they are always so good. This was my first time buying the rooibos tea from harney & sons and I may be wrong, but it seems like it might be a bit stale. It doesn't have a very strong flavor like the other types of rooibos I've had before.

I like to have a cup of ‘tea’ in the evening but I can’t have anything with caffeine. I’ve tried various rooibos chai teas. This one is mild but full flavored. Because it comes loose you can make it as strong as you prefer. It’s a nice warming combination of spices. I will steep it for a couple of cups sometimes just adding a little bit more if it seems too weak. Makes it last longer that way. I also add milk to mine.

I really like this tea company. This chai was very light to me. I don’t really feel inspired to make it a second time. I LOVE their Earl Grey supreme, though! Yum! That’s a beautiful tea.

Love the flavor of this tea. The only negative is that the tea is cut very "fine" and I recommend using loose leaf tea bag filters instead of a metal filter so the small leaves do not end up at the bottom of your cup.

Yes, the tea if VERY fine. We found it only works in our french press. Otherwise, you have a cup of grounds with your tea.

Delightful decaf rooibos tea. Excellent at night with sweet desserts like english trifle. A good warm gently spiced tea that can be had anytime of day. Really delicious! I'll plan to buy again (the brand and the tea itself)
