I dunno if they actually work or if it's just watching what I eat and drink lots of water, but my gout goes away after a few days of taking two pills a day. After I feel a flare up, I watch what I'm eating and increase my water intake as well as taking 2 of these and an ibuprophen 800 and in a few days the gout goes away.
