I love that I can put this into the back seat of my car and take it to another house then get up high enough to clean the gutters. It is light enough to carry easily, opens easily and collapses easily. You do have to be careful not to put your fingers where the collapsing mechanism could pinch them, but there are also a few double-clicks required for some stages that collpase partway, then you click again to help prevent injury. I am very pleased. However, I only use it occasionally. If I were using this ladder every day, I think I would want one that was a bit stronger and more solid, which probably translates into more expensive.

The ladder is just fine, locks well when you are extending it fairly sturdy, just be careful when you are retracting it and make sure that you keep your hands and fingers out of the way wish I would have ordered one with the air cushion built in while you are retracting it but it is what is just make sure that you start at the bottom rung when you are extending it, but all in all it works just fine.

Not easy to extend and collapse the ladder single handed!

I am a roofing estimator and use this product almost every day. I like that I don't have to carry a large extension ladder with me most of the time. It fits behind my back seat. A word of caution though. To get the most life out of this ladder, when collapsing the rungs do not let them slam down, but instead ease then down. This will make the pins that lock the rungs in place last a lot longer. When those wear out the ladder won't collapse all the way.

Purchased this ladder to carry in the basement of my motorhome for roof access. I'm a big guy (6' 4" - 290lbs) and wanted the 330 lb capacity. While it does hold my weight, it bows and flexes significantly and appears to be right at the edge of its break strength. I have absolutely no confidence that it WILL NOT collapse under me.It is light weight and collapses down nicely to fit in my basement compartment of my RV. The extension/collapsing process is smooth and easy with no issues.Too bad I can't trust it. Seriously, it is so wobbly I would only use it a last resort to get on the roof of my motorhome. If I'm at home, I'll get my extension ladder from the side of the garage and leave this telescoping ladder in the basement compartment.I'm currently seeking a sturdier ladder to replace it.This has turned out to be one of those regrettable purchases from Amazon where you find yourself a year later kicking yourself in the butt for not returning it when you could. Dang I feel dumb!!!

Be very careful when letting the latter down if you have smaller hands because you can smash your fingers! The bottom legs are rather large and it’s hard to push the pins to retract the ladder without getting your fingers in the way. Otherwise this is a decent latter for the money and definitely a space saver!

Very easy to use. Follow the safety instructions! I needed a tall ladder to change some ceiling lights. My ceiling is 18 ft. I wanted to buy an A-ladder but no room to store it. After checking the reviews and I decided to buy this one. I replaced the lights and stored the ladder with ease. It felt a little shaky when I got half way up the ladder, but it held just fine. I am 6’ and 200 lbs.

I weigh 270 pounds and this does NOT flex that much, even when I'm towards the top. Certainly not enough to make me think it's an issue. All ladders like this are going to flex some, it can't be helped unless maybe you buy some $300 version. I bought it to keep in my RV basement. My RV is 13.5' tall and the 12 foot versions would not work for me. I got this wondering if it would be going right back to Amazon after I tried it. But it turned out to be well-made and strong. It's heavier than I expected but I am in no way disappointed in it's quality and for the price, it can't be beat. And it's so compact for what it's capable of.
