I had recently about the benefits of marine phytoplanktons in your diet. So I decided to try it for myself and ordered this ‘MOJObody Marine Phytoplankton’.This supplement contains a decent dose of marine phytoplankton from what I’ve seen when compared to the other brands. And there are no fillers which I like. But it is definitely pricer than a lot of them.The capsules are easy to take and swallow , but they do leave a ‘fishy’ taste in your mouth. You can definitely taste it if you burp.As far as the effectiveness of this ‘MOJObody Marine Phytoplankton’ goes, it really didn’t notice any difference in my cognitive abilities as this supplement is supposed to support brain health. So the jury is out as if it works.All in all, this ‘MOJObody Marine Phytoplankton’ is a reasonable selection for a phytoplankton supplement.

It had no effect on me, and I'm highly sensitive and pick up on things easily. I have noticed that my stomach hurt a bit both times I had it though.

I had ordered these to try a new supplement, as I am an avid tester of different supplements. I usually will only try something new, one at a time, so I am not mixing them with other supplements. I found that the smell of these was something when I opened the bottle. I was concerned that I might get attacked by the sea gulls, but I was able to take the capsules and tried them for a few weeks. I didn’t see any recognizable difference in my health or energy levels. It’s difficult with these things, because we all have different chemistries inside our bodies, so they didn’t do anything exceptionally noticeable for me. I hope that this helps.

This supplement arrives safety sealed with plenty of time to expiration and is easy to open and start enjoying right away. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no weird flavor or aftertaste. My health advisor recommends this often. It is balancing and nourishing for me.
