Bad product, screen issue
The PC has issues, its been just 1 week we have started using this PC and we have started facing problems 1. The screen starts flickering when the system is coming out of sleep mode 2. The speed is reduced and looks like its going to go on reducing. I wont recommend this to anyone, its a bad product.

Screen Issue in 2 days
Pathetic service by customer care and delivery agent. Firstly the product was defective and replacement was issued and then delivery agent did not pick the product and cancelled my replacement. Desktop screen is blinking a defective product. Acer's screen issue is main concern i hv two laptops with same screen issues and now this one so i decided not to buy any other product of acer. A pathetic service by delivery and customer care of amazon and acer.

Good for students and gen work
This is a good all in one package. Built quality of keyboard and mouse is very good. 8GB RAM and onboard graphics card is good enough to watch 2K resolution videos. System bootup in less than 15 seconds.

Worst product
The media could not be loaded. Facing screen flickering problem from day one. Very bad service from the manufacturer. Waiting since 14th August 2023 to get the product repaired/replaced. Pathetic customer support. Not experienced such bad customer service in my life.
