Quality control
The quality of the cue or lack of it. The tip of the cue must've been put on by forced labor. There was excess glue all up and down the shaft and the tip wasn't even on straight.

The design on this stick is beautiful but experienced warping on the shaft...
The design on this stick is so beautiful, one of the best designs I've seen.However there's a slight bump toward the end of the shaft. While the shaft is definitely low deflection, I can feel the slight bump even more prominently with a glove on. I'll have to return this one.
