Compared to its price, it is a good watch

Only gave one star as the time and date were correct. Inaccurate step count and it would count my pulse.

Had to uninstall app & reinstall to get connected

Found it too big for smaller wrists

I really like this watch but I would like to know how to switch it off

Heart rate monitor is ridiculously off. Giving me a range of 7 beats per minute to 160

No warning when close to running out of battery, awkward to clip on to charge, my steps go up when I'm sitting down? not good at all really

It was a gift, not my purchase but became so frustrated looked it up on Amazon for description and reviews. Firstly charging extremely difficult . Face has to be yanked out of its strap then inserted and aligned into a most difficult charging holder. So exasperating likely to end up in bin next time it needs charging.. Pairing to the app was extremely difficult . There are 2 apps and I installed and uninstalled the recommended one 3 times before trying the second and finally managing to pair watch with app. Easy read colourful face for small watch. ,comfortable strap. Instructions online only and poor. Not had it long enough to assess accuracy. Had I purchased from Amazon it would have been returned!.
