Chair was packed nicely and came with simple, easy setup instructions. I had it setup in less than 10 minutes. The color was gray. Much nicer than expected. Everything works great. Electronics, heat, message. And a great price! Perfect for anyone that has a hard time getting out of a chair.

I shopped long and hard before choosing this recliner. I was hesitant to purchase a recliner online without sitting in it. I am glad that I went with McCombo for several reasons. The chair is comfortable and performs exactly as described. The price is very reasonable. Material is soft, and easy to clean.Originally I chose the brown. I should’ve gone w the crème white. When asking about doing an exchange, I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from them promptly. McCombo customer service was outstanding. They made this so easy for me; were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.I realize that this isn’t typical and I’m sure it does interfere w inventory and warehouse. I hope swapping out just for a color change doesn’t happen often, or even once in a while. I’m grateful that they worked with me.Easy to build. Two large boxes unpacked and chair put together in about 15 minutes. The base is heavy for a woman to lift, yet a guy can, easily. The crème white is beautiful~ I’m enjoying this addition. Buy this and you’ll be pleased too.

I wanted to get my 98 yr old mom a lift chair for her birthday, living 5 hours away I needed to purchase it online. I looked up the top 10 chairs and this Mcombo was on the list, and was one of the few that had the heat and massage feature. I ordered it on Sat. and it was due in Wed., which worked great as we were going down on Thursday to put it together. It actually showed up on Sunday, the day after we ordered it. It was easy to put together, we had it set up and working, but in the final checklist noticed we missed a slot and it was listing to one side. We easily undid a few steps and fixed the listing only to find out the massage and heat features now weren't working. This was late on Friday evening. I did all the troubleshooting and then called the help line and had to leave a message. I was concerned that we would have to send the whole chair back, and we had to head home on Sunday, unsure who could handle that task. I received a call from the company first thing Monday morning and was told I had to fill out a claim form. We did it easily. I received an email the next day and they sent out a new remote for the heat/massage feature. That didn't solve the problem and I emailed them back letting them know. I received an email back stating that they would be sending out a whole new seat back. We got that in two days, and that fixed the problem. I have to say that their customer service was amazing! The chair was elegant to fit into my Mom's living room, comfortable even without the extra heat/massage feature, the lift really helped her get up and down, and the price was very reasonable. I love this company and will use them for all of my chairs in the future. My Mom loves her new chair and I love this company!!

We love the chair. The design for assembly is well thought out, 4 easy pieces to snap together. The only pain, which is why I rated it with 4 instead of 5 stars, is the shipping method. One piece comes then a long pause - like close to a week - then the others come. No notice so your left to make multiple phone calls trying to find the rest of the chair. We were told that it was the way they did it. Well why not share that method of delivery in some way so we would know to have patience instead of worrying what happened to the rest of the chair. Other then that the materials and overall quality is outstanding. Now lets see how long it holds up.

I’m a large, tall woman and I was anxious to mail order a large piece of furniture BUT I am so please I did. Arrived early; 3 boxes; very easy to assemble. All pieces were included. The product is high quality and workmanship is superb.I’ve only had it a few weeks but I would buy it again.FYI- if you’re in the chair and the electricity goes out you’re stuck in the chair unless you’re very agile. I am not. 😊

A very comfortable chair, Reclines has massage and heat and boosts you out of your seat. and onto your feet best thing is that it’s wider than most so we can get a little air on either side of you. Cool when you want to be make sure when you’re buying it it’s wide enough for you. There are differences in how it feels. The cupholders in the front are decidedly useful. Cup on one side and my I Phone in the other one. There are 2 USB ports on the right side next to the cup they come in handy when can’t move that well. Has turned out to be one of my better purchases. The padding is more than adequate and fits me quite well and while the chair does make a small amount of noise. It’s hardly noticeable unless you’re listening for it.

We love these chairs! We are shorter people and appreciate that the depth of the seat from front to back is shorter than chairs we usually sit in. That being said, it might be good for larger and shorter people, than larger tall people.We could not be happier with the look, quiet functionality, and comfort of this chair! Thank you!
