Check Inner Shoe Label for Where They Were Manufactured: Quality Differs!
The reason I have to give it 3/5 stars is complicated. I have a pair from way back that I wore to the bone, so I looked online and was delighted to find that they still make the same exact shoe. I bought two from the same source, but when they arrived one fit great while the other was too narrow, and pinched my heel to the point that wearing it for a walk caused me to get blisters and bleed. Luckily, I looked at the labels and found the only source of difference - where they were manufactured. My old pair was made in Vietnam. Of the two new pairs, the one that fit the same was made in Vietnam, while the one that caused my feet to bleed was made in China. So purchasers beware, check the place of manufacture when you get these, as Sketchers is outsourcing to multiple countries for labor, and China, at least for this shoe lover, is not up to snuff. I will be keeping my Vietnam pair, and am in the process of returning the China pair. Other than this issue, the Vietnam ones are excellent, if only the company allowed you to choose those ones in particular.

Cute and lightweight
I don't think you can go wrong with Sketchers. These shoes are cute, lightweight, and comfortable. If you're wanting a bulkier, more supportive shoe, then these probably aren't the best choice for you. But if you like "barely there" type shoes, these would be a good choice. The only thing I can find fault with is the stitching that holds the little brand tab on...that stitching irritates the top of my foot a little (was wearing without socks). With even thin trouser socks, that would not be an issue though. All my shoes are sized 7- 7.5, and without fault, I always need a 7.5 in sketchers sneakers. So for me, they run true to size.

Perfect Fashion Sneaker for a Wide Foot
i bought these sneakers first in black from a store near me and after wearing them for a full day without an issue, promptly came to Amazon to order these in gray and navy blue. I wear a 7.5W and have a high instep and a bunion making shoes difficult to fit. I ordered the 8. Plus, I now need support in a show and hate to have to wear "old lady" shoes. These are a great answer for casual wear. I've spent an entire 10 hour day in them and found them to be very comfortable. I've been out for walks in them and the memory foam is enough cushion. There is a lot of toe room and they work for me with socks as well. I ma very happy to have found these.

Manufacturer Error.
I wanted to love these, as I originally bought a pair from DSW. However, the tongues in center of shoe are completly off and not at all correct. One is lower or higher than the other. You can really tell in second photo as well. If this wasn't the case, these shoes would have easily been a 5 star. I will be returning and/or exchanging. Still haven't decided if I want to take another gamble if I will get a better pair.

A little uncomfortable but I'll keep them
Please let the record show these are my first Sketchers I have ever purchased and I ordered online without trying them on first (another first for this 36 year old)The shoes are very comfortable with the memory foam. Super easy to slip on and off which is what I wanted. I ordered my regular size 6 without knowing Sketchers may fit differently. The right shoe rubs my heel making it uncomfortable after awhile of wearing. I do wear socks while having the shoes on and it is only the right heel. My fix is wearing a bandaid on my heel and so far no blister. :) I do not think I'll buy Sketchers without first trying them on again. My rating is due to the discomfort of these shoes after wearing them for a few hours. They fit too loosely around my heel.

Regret my purchase
These don't fit the same as my other breathe easy that I have. They're loose like a slipper. I put an innersole in them. I can't wear them sockless because the inside against the top of the foot has a very rough and scratchy surface. If I had tried them on in a store, I wouldn't have bought them. I wore them for a day before I realized they weren't what I expected, so I can't return them. First Skechers that I don't care for. (I own 6 pairs).

No support, what did I expect. It's a fashion sneaker.
I kind of feel like I should have known better. These have their good points: they're light, they look nice, no ties to mess with, the knit body of the shoe fits pretty well even on my wide foot. On the should-have-known-side: these have a weak, cushioned insole, which is initially cozy. There is ZERO SUPPORT. No arch, no heel, nada baby. The cushion starts to flatten almost immediately. At that point, the light, thin sole becomes a liability, and these really hurt to walk in.I ended up replacing the soggy cushions with expensive insoles, which is pretty workable. I should have just spent more on a better shoe.

Amazing comfort - but watch which size you buy
I'd bought a pair of these in black from a department store and was really impressed with the comfort and fit, so like you do, I wanted them in grey too. However, I normally take a size 7, I take a size 7 everywhere, but the black ones that I'd tried on and bought were a size 6 and a perfect fit. So I ordered a size 6 in grey and they are exactly the same, perfect fit. So my advice would be to bear that in mind. If I'd bought my 'proper' size in the first instance from Amazon they would have been useless. I've marked them as a large fit to make people aware of that. I'd be happy to wear these with a skirt, trousers, shorts etc, and they don't look like big clumpy boots like some trainer styles do. And comfy - well, they're like slippers!

Comfy with a nice fit !
Okay so I will admit I have a bit of a thing for skechers. I have quite wide feet and so normally end up returning shoes because they are just too narrow! My daily shoes of choice are the skechers elite which are very comfy but I fancied a more summery light weight version for the 1 or 2 days of summer we get here in the UK. These are easy to get on and nice and comfortable. They are quite thin soled but not enough that you can feel the pebbles under your feet and they are quite pretty. I have found myself wearing these to work nearly every day so they are definitely a firm favourite!

Very comfy shoes
Very comfy - even more so I would say than trainers as they have memory foam insoles. Have only tried them indoors for now but you bounce around in them! They are generous though. I am a UK 4.5 if I can get shoes wide enough but usually buy a 5 in standard fit/slightly wider fitting shoes. Bought a 5 here as they looked quite slim in the picture and they are ever so slightly too big without socks on. (They still look very slim to look at them but are deceptively generous). But I bought these for walking in on holiday and so will probably wear trainer liner socks as we will cover some miles and I don't want to risk blisters. With socks, I'm sure they'll be just fine (and I don't want to return them as the next size down was fantastically more expensive for some reason!)

So Comfortable
You should know that I have extremely awful feet and find it impossible to put shoes on and just walk. My feet are wide and I have a painful condition that effects the top of my right foot. I buy my work shoes and boots on-line from Germany and they cost a fortune but even with them I have to 'break them in'. I put on this pair of Skechers and no problem: so very comfortable from the off. If only every shoe could be like this. I am still breaking in my Hotter walking shoes from 3 weeks ago *sigh*

Totally trashed after less than a year - pretty much fallen apart.
Really comfortable to start off with. However, they aren't waterproof at all - even walking on a wet pavement, they flick up water onto the top surface that soaks straight in. Forget it if it's raining. And they haven't lasted a year. I only use them to walk to work, but they've already worn through the insolve and exposed the heel from the inside, meaning that they are now really uncomfortable and give me blisters on the bottom of my heel, where I rarely have problems. Disappointing that these don't last at all.
