No brainer
Works perfect for my 2017 WRX. Installation instructions simple to read. No slop what so ever while in first and second. Quick fix and fraction of the cost of Perrin and others. Would highly recommend nobody gonna see the name after installing on shift boot if thats what your worried about. I wasnt. I was more worried about the metal and the machining of the product. Id say just about perfect. Money saved will go into buying that damn fuse box coin holder. LoL

Reverse Lockout Mess
This reverse lockout is great, it’s cheap and only took 10 minutes to install. The hardest part was getting the shift boot off for the first time but it’s really not that hard. My only complaint is that at the highest up point when installed, it is just a little too short, and when u knock it over into first or shift too hard into second, it kicks the reverse lockup up. Now this isn’t a bad thing but the reverse lockout kicking up means the shift stop’s purpose is defeated. I Only complain because the “name brand” versions, such as Perrin, don’t have this issue. I resolved it by putting 2 washers on each side underneath the new shirt stop but above the OEM one that’s in there already and it seems to have done the trick. All in with washers and time it was still a third or fourth of the price compared to main stream companies so this is worth it. Thank you!

Its a GO for the 2022+ WRX
Works perfectly for the 2022 WRX and gets rid of most of the 1st/2nd gear slop. Mark the existing shift stop so it doesn't move while installing, and put the included washers UNDER the new shift stop but on top of the old. No need to cut the bolts.Update: put 2 thick washers on each bolt under this shift stop but above the reverse shift stop (about 3mm), it will stop the lockout from jumping up in 1st and 2nd.

The washers supplied don’t fit, so use some blue lock tite and send it

Can't shift to 1st gear and can't return product.
Does not fit a 2016 WRX. It won't even go to 1st gear even when the stopper is pushes all the way to the left.I realize that it said 2015. But given how similar this looks to all the other shift stopper that works on ALL 2015+ WRX...and no where does it mentions it won't work on later models...there's no way you would find out if you looking through numerous products.AND! given the fact that I CAN'T RETURN THIS ! I'm pretty sure the seller knows this would happened. Now I'm starting to doubt the other reviews or would it work on an actual 2015 model at all, since virtually 2015+ WRX models are basically the same car.I bought this with PRIME and for some reason this came in 4 days later! so what is going on with this seller? This is some weird product that can put people life in danger.

Reduces slop as advertised. Easy to install.
The media could not be loaded. Solid product. Installed in a 2015 forester. Originally over tightened the bolts on the side and couldn’t get into first gear despite it going in when the car was parked. Backed the bolts out then finger tightened and now goes into first gear fine. Well worth the money.

Tight Shifter
BUY THIS!! Instead of a full short shifter, this plate tightened up 1-3 gears and I was able to adjust the other plate for 4-6 gears. This has been a great upgrade for a great price. Don’t need to spend $40 like the Billet Worx or Perrin.

Works on 2010 Legacy 2.5 GT!
Install is a little annoying bc of the tight space but this is def a win. Under $9 can’t beat it. The weakest aspect of the 5th gen Legacy turbo is certainly the 6MT shifter - it’s too long and it’s quite bad. This makes it about half as bad. It’s not great still, but it’s better.
