Fantastic Purchase!
I bought this for my 12 year old daughter and she LOVES it. The backpack holds her Chrome book, workbooks, lunch, umbrella, water bottle, etc. it has lots of space but doesn't look or feel bulky. She loves the color and has been stain resistant. The seller is AMAZING. Item came quickly and was a great experience. would buy again.

zipper broke first time using it
The zipper broke first time using it so the quality is not good at all. They will issue a refund of the defective item once received, but I have to pay for the postage to send back to China so it is really terrible customer service.

Not built to last
When we first bought the book bag it was so cute. My daughter loved it. She wore the book bag for two weeks in the zipper. Brooke now is just sitting in her room not doing anything.

the backpack is really well! The only bad this is the bear keychain. The cloth on it started ripping after a few days of use. :(

Disappointed
Really wanted to love this - my daughter was so excited for this bag. I bought this for my middle schooler, it’s a very soft canvas style backpack - super cute, love the little teddy bear accessory BUT……..BOTH of the zippers on the main large compartment broke. The zipper teeth are plastic and came unthreaded the first day she used her bag at school. (Pictures shown above) she has a lot to carry and the bag just wouldn’t hold up, there is also a hidden compartment on the back that also did the same thing. Unfortunately I am outside the return window because I bought school supplies early this year, so I had to fork out ANOTHER $50 for another bag in the first week of school.
