I definitely enjoyed the book, because it has a lots of interesting facts from history and science! As a strong believer that stories make this world better I recommend to read this book along with kids and discuss all the stories together.

This book is filled with short stories about some myths and mostly legends of our stem history. Really interesting. I think I enjoyed it just as much as my young teenager.

This book contains a wonderful variety of bite sized stories from all areas of science. As an experienced science teacher, I was delighted to find some stories that I had never heard before, it doesn’t just stick to the normal Einstein, Edison and Newton stories. The book is perfect for children from 8 - 13 years. It introduces some serious scientific terminology but does it in a way that is accessible for kids. It also emphasises the persistence, curiosity, daring and open-mindedness that is essential for successful scientists. I would thoroughly recommend this book and I look forward to reading more in this series.

I bought this book for my 4year old who was beginning to show an interest into STEM subjects and also to help him with his reading and gaining familiarity with science words. He has taken into some of the stories really well but not others given some of the choices of names and time horizons which he found difficult to grasp. Its a good book but I feel it could do with more simplicity and illustrations to bring it to life even more for different types of kids.
