the Firefly v5 is a bright (600 lumens) flashlight with a built in Blue laser. Why Blue, it is a combination of Red(night time) and Green(daytime), so you have the best of both worlds. It installs easily, (took me a minute) and it works really well. All you need is a rail on your gun. I love the fact that it is rechargeable with a magnet connection, so no need to take it off. It is solidly built, I will buy again. This company is a small veteran owned business. They went out of their way to explain everything very well, by including a handwritten letter. Much appreciated.The box is sturdy and well padded and comes with a small manual, and extra mounting screw and 2 hex key wrenches for adjusting the laser.I had an opportunity to use this outdoors and it performed well. It was in straight sunlight and I could still see the laser. An added bonus, it was already perfectly on target (I think I got lucky).If you are not sure due to the lower price of these vs the higher end, I would say give it a chance, you will not be disappointed

First off, I received my product at the earliest estimate of the shipping time that was listed. Always nice to get your order sooner than later. Next, I was absolutely satisfied with the product after installing it & checking out the performance & build quality.Unbelievable quality & value for such a feature rich offering that is priced so reasonably. The flashlight was considerably brighter than I hoped, far exceeding what I had expected for such a small,compact form factor. The product seems very well made & sturdy. I haven't owned it long enough to be certain but it has all the markers of a well constructed laser/light combo. The magnetic charging option is a real plus as I've owned other units with a tethered rubber plug & they are fraught with issues from not seating well to falling off, etc. The buttons to activate the various lighting/laser options are easy to feel/find & are responsive to the touch. I had no issues with them even with gloves on. The laser is bright, easy to sight, & consistent in all light levels. I can't wait to take it to the range & put it through it's paces. Thanks for being more than what you said you were.;)

Well built, easy to use. This is my 3rd V5. One was unused for months, still had a lot of battery life. Mounted one on a PCC, it has held true through 300+ rounds. The magnetic charging terminal means you can leave it on your weapon while charging, no need to remove it for a recharge. Great value for the money.

This light is very nice, it's bright and easy to get the laser adjusted the way you like it. Everything looks and feels solid. Fits great on my glock 17. The owner is very nice and really cares for his customers. He even wrote me a handwritten letter to me thanking me, you don't get service like that at all and on top he shipped it to me 3 days faster than expected. I'll definitely be a long term customer. American made, veteran owned and operated. I'd spend my money on this light before I would another. Also laser stays sighted iv shot 100 rounds today with it still spot on. Bright enough with a strong blue laser but it's shape makes it fit a bit odd on handguns. Keeps zero for now so 4/5

Easy to install and almost completely zero right out of the box. Took with me on my camping trip and needless to say it made me realize how much of a piece of crap my flashlight is I normally have on me/ keep in my truck. This provided more than enough light in complete darkness. Gave me much more confidence in being alone in the woods at night as I could see everything around me if I heard anything. So far so sooooo good. I've never had a olight or holosun as they are simply too expensive for me and if youre in the same boat I'd HIGHLY recommend this combo for your firearm. Literally one of the best purchases I've made all year.

The unit attached easily to the pic rail on the front of my Glock 23. Adjusting the laser to co-witness with the glock installed sites was simple. I placed the gun in my ransom rest and ran a full mag of 124 grain FMJ using the laser. It held a 1” group at 50 feet which is better than I can shoot the gun. After the test, I aimed the gun with the glock sights and the laser was still co-witnessed. That’s really good compared to some other similar light/laser combos I have tried. The light has good brightness through all three modes - light only, light + laser, and strobe. The unit is rechargeable via USB (power supply and cord included). Overall I am quite pleased with the units performance and on top of that, it is from a Veteran owned company!
