No nonsense, highly useful
The authors have an impeccable style of writing, and I have personally trained with Windy. The book is written in a very crisp, concrete and helpful style, and the content is very helpful to help yourself, or if you are a trainer delivering workshops on these topics. A superb compilation of the specific life skills that are necessary for effective living. As a reader, as a mental health professional and trainer myself, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
