I have hip length thick hair and taking care of it can be a chore. It is so much easier to section off my hair to blow dry it or style it. Most alligator clips that I have are very flimsy and do not hold a lot of hair. These are great because they are curved and have a double hinged design. They are pain-free to use and do a great job of holding back my really thick long hair. This ten pack was perfect for my hair and the quantity is perfect. These are great! I have thick curly hair and was tired of breaking it from having to keep my hairties tight. Unlike claw clips, I don't have to twist my hair tight with these either, I can to a loose twist and it secures my hair up, without hurting my hair or scalp, and it looks nicer than a ponytail for work. Highly recommend!

These claws are amazing! They really keep hair in place while you're styling the lower layers. I have thin hair and my daughter has thick hair, and it works just as good for the both of us!
