Did not do the job
These are useless, easy to use but no earwax was seen on tip.

Does not work as advertised
The videos I saw about this item makes it look like the best thing since peanut butter but in my experience, they do not work that way. They hurt my ears and it's pretty obvious they could cause damage to my ear/ eardrum. Perhaps I can find another use so they're not a waste of money. 🤔

Does what's expected
Works well for my wife, but the canal to my ears is very difficult to locate with the soft tip

Just a rubber cleaner...needed to use q-tip to remove the moisture.
