Soft material
It’s very soft & cushy. Its just what I needed as a neck pillow or back. Liked it alot would buy it again.

Harder than I expected but decent quality
Decent quality Pillow but wished it was a little more squishy and pliable to form in the back area

Cute but smelly
Pillow us super cute, but it has such a strong chemical odor that I haven't been able to use it, yet. I've aired it out in out spare room and in the sunshine and it still smells. It's been about a month and still stinky...

Terrible odor
I have a tubular pillow from a very nice Brazilian brand and it is great, so I wanted to buy another and was delighted to see this online. However, not only does it have an extremely strong odor, but it is also strangely shaped and it feels harder than expected and too big as well. Good idea but poor execution.
