Pali HawaiiBuckle Sandal

I got several pairs of these Pali Hawaii Birkenstock look-alikes because I needed some sort of all-weather sandals I can wear anywhere with no problems. These sandals are great. The buckle did come loose from my first pair [bad rivet]. I ended up using wire twist tie in a way you cannot see it from the outside and they are still holding up. The other 2 pairs I got are great, no problems at all. I love these sandals....they are great. I got a size up just in case they ran too small, good thing I did....I got one size up and they fit just fine. The width is good. Minimal arch support, no surprise there. I paid maybe $20 for these sandals, they are great low-cost all-weather sandals are are easy to clean if you get them muddy or dirty. 5 star rating despite the first pair's buckle coming off the sandal.

my dog ate three pairs of birkenstocks so I decided to try these. They are rubber so good for walking in the wetness in that they won't get soaked. I normally get a size 41 birkenstock and got a size eight in these and they are a bit small or they fit perfectly I should say. I am used to the bigger feel of the birkenstock so would probably get a 9 next time. They have pebbly footbed surface which is a bit annoying but I guess it keeps your foot from sticking to the insole. I don't like how the buckles are arranged as well as on the birkenstocks. I might opt for the one with no buckles next time.

I received my sandals yesterday and have been wearing them for a full day now. I am very pleased with this product.These sandals have the look of Birkenstocks, yet they are made of rubber and thus are lighter and feel a little different. They are comparable to soccer slides as far as material and footbed, although the bands do go up higher on your foot so they stay on more secure.For the price, they are well made, and I expect them to last longer than the "Firkenstocks" (Fake Birkenstocks) I had before these. My Firkenstocks' sole ended up breaking and wore out easily. With the uniform rubber construction, these are flexible, do not require "breaking in" and should last a long time.Because of the material used, I have to say your feet do feel sweatier than with traditional Birkenstock style sandals, This is compensated by the fact that they are fully waterproof and you can easily clean and sanitize them (and dry them) which you can't do with a leather/cork sandal.The footbed has somewhat of an arch, but in my opinion should have been higher for more support--without adding more material or cost to the product.I found the sizing to be as expected. I followed the recommendations and initially ordered a size bigger for men, but had to return and get my regular size 10 which fit perfectly. Probably for women, order a size smaller.All in all, I am very pleased so far with these comfortable and affordable sandals.If you are looking for versatile sandals with the look of Birkenstocks at a low price, you can't go wrong.Preferred over any other similar priced discount store Birkenstock clone.

Follow the sizing chart & order 2 sizes up for men. My husband is a size 9 in all his shoes & I ordered an 11 & it fits perfectly. He says they're extremely comfortable & he likes them even more than he thought he would. He loves how easy they are to clean & how he can rinse his feet off while wearing them. They look like leather & appear to be well made, have functional buckles, & are light weight. We're both really impressed with these sandals - I can't wait til my regular Palis finish wearing out so I can get myself some! And honestly, I think they're cuter than Birks.

Pros: SUPER comfortable, can get wet, won't stink after wearing them outside in the heat, cute styleCons: Buckles turn a little green after water exposure. If they do start to stink a little (very rare), just wipe with a Clorox wipe and they're good. They do rip on the sides but it doesn't affect the shoe.All in all, these are way more versatile than my Birkenstocks. I love them and wear them EVERY DAY in the Houston heat.

My husband has worn these for years and years - ever since his first trip to Hawaii where he bought them. I couldn't find a replacement pair for a while, but then decided to check Amazon again and here they were! Very comfortable from the first wear, durable, and inexpensive -- I paid $18.94 for these - so reasonable! His last pair lasted about 12 years.

It arrived much earlier than expected. Today was the day.It fit me well, I'm usually a size 8-8.5 women's wide. I got the size 7 as I believe it's measured in men's sizes.There wasnt as much arch support or cushion as I expected. I tried my friend's white buckle ones she got a year ago and they had a much more thicker bottom than the ones I got.Still comfortable, but am still in search of footwear with a lot of arch support (I have pretty high arches).

I wanted to try this style after having the classic Pali shoes for years. The first pair I was shipped were two “right” shoes.. so I asked for a replacement pair. That replacement pair were two “left” shoes (and two different sizes at that)!! Between the four individual shoes I received, I only have one functioning pair. They must have some issue in their supply chain or warehouse for this to be a consistent issue. If you happen to get a complete pair of shoes the first time you order, good! You’ll get to enjoy them faster :) other than that, I have no complaints about the product
