This is not the first blood pressure wrist measuring device I've purchased and like many of my fellow wrist cuff buyers, when you find a good one you know it. This is a good one, and I know it.The box is helpful for the first time blood pressure monitor-or as well as the experienced measurer, it's nice to see the effort with the printing on all sides of the box. One side shows a graph giving the idea on acceptable BP ranges, another side shows how to properly wear the cuff while sitting properly ("keep it at heart level" I keep hearing the nurse's voices in my head, it's better to always remember than always forget).After opening the box, helpful fold out directions, the wrist cuff, USB charging cable and convenient hard plastic case all wait to surprise the box-opener, and this time it was me!A flip of a switch on the side of this cuff and power is able to be toggled via a front-side power button that turns on and off the device in a convenient manner. The switch on the side is a happy improvement over other wrist cuffs I've had that could be accidentally powered on just be laying on their frontside or being depressed when closing there holders. This cuff removes the chances for accidental powering on but using a "safety" on-off switch on the side which is discreet enough to not stick out while being easy enough to slide up and down.After powering the cuff on, it gives a kind and gentle reminder that you should be sitting still. If it had the ability to slap a face and tell the tester to just relax for a minute that might be a fun option, until that time, it does mention the position of the cuff to the heart level and the calmness of the testing with a polite voice that feels less Max Headroom and more Alexa-ish in a polite tone that isn't too high pitched.The testing is standard amount of time, nothing noticeably different. The measurements which are kept in memory (helpful for when I forget to write them down when taking them) are also helpful for keeping track of historical records. The display is very easy to see, even in bright sunlight outside it still appeared clear and easy to read. Another cuff-related benefit I want to mention is the fabric that touches the wrist of the wearer, whatever the actual fabric is feels soft/smooth on the wrist and does not rub or irritate as some cuffs in the past have had a tendency to do.The convenience of the carrying container along with the cuff and the USB cable for recharging makes this an easy choice for taking with the family to the beach, dinner, road trips, or anywhere that testing might be useful. I'm confident that this new cuff will be joining us on all of our journeys.

Generally its a good machine. A lot of thoughtful features were incorporated into this device. Only small concern is that is slightly inaccurate. Accuracy might be off by 2 or 3 digits. but close enough to get a good idea of where your pressure is.Pros:Large legible textVoice instructions and reading of resultLong lasting rechargeable batteryVery portable form factor (including protective case)Cons:Slightly inaccurate (but workable)I would recommend as a 'carry along' blood pressure machine, or a supplementary machine for your main device. The Blood Pressure Monitor Digital Wrist BP Machine is excellent! It’s incredibly easy to use and provides accurate readings. The automatic BP cuff fits comfortably, and the ability to store readings for two users is a great feature. It's compact and perfect for home use or travel. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable blood pressure monitor!

Very small unit, very inexpensive. Compares well with traditional upper arm cuff unit I have (the wrist unit may be slightly more accurate, will check next time at doctors office).Built in rechargeable battery is great, was tired of feeding AA batteries to my other unit.Wrist cuff inflates FAST. My upper arm cuff unit takes significantly longer.Well built/designed. I used to make medical products for 17 years so of course I took it apart to see how it works. The manufacturer spent the extra money on connectors, no hand soldering wires to main board. This is a big deal, connectors mean they value long term quality and reliability over short term cost savings. They chose to spend the money up front so this thing will last.Electronics and pneumatics are minimal and adequate. Critical items all mounted on main board. Air lines internally are minimal to allow for fast fill and fast measurements. Cuff has plastic stiffener internally which helps with putting the unit on your wrist and closing the Velcro strap.Voice option is nice for low vision applications. I turned it off because it is a little loud for my tastes.I liked it so much I actually bought a second unit. First one ran fine after I reassembled it but I wanted one in the house and one in the home gym cuz I’m of that age where I need to monitor my heart when doing strenuous workouts.Go ahead and get one or two of them. At this price you can’t lose.

I read all reviews before I decided to purchase this particular BP monitor, I even watched a so called Dr as he called himself give this a wonderful review ( he didn't sound like a Dr to me ) I tried it and well if it would have been right, I'd be about dead , I took my BP with my original monitor 1st ( I got this for traveling small and compact) I read directions before trying to be safe and I couldn't get a reading above 90/45 HR 65 HR is good but I'm not a fan of that BP, I wanted so bad for this to really work atleast come close to my full size one I have at home but it didn't , I will be returning this gadget . I guess ya can't believe everything you read and their are a lot of fantastic reviews. hopefully everyone else has a better experience

We received this and the readings tend to jump around a lot. Not sure if we're getting accurate BP readings. I like the comfort of the device and it's user friendly.
