I love it. My other steamer stopped working after a month and four uses. I hope it holds up.

This is the prefect product to be started with on my day. My skin is looking healthy, used for allergies and cold as well.Only thing is water container is small, need to fill regularly

There is a learning curve to this. You have to always have the tank filled or this machine won't operate. It will turn on and right back off. I thought it was broken for a second until I remember reading I need to fill it all the way so I added more distilled water and it worked like a dream.I like the setting where it alternates between hot and cold but it does take a good amount of time to switch temps and the temps in general are not nearly as hot or cold as I would like them to be but the machine overall does the trick. It feels really good on the skin.I like to add a face oil like Vitamin C or Coconut oil and run the machine over it then gently pat everything into my skin when it's done. Feels like I was at the spa.

Everything was as excepted

Upon opening I was missing the tools.The instructions were fairly easy and straight to the point. It has both a heating and cooling setting. It takes a while to heat up just as it takes time to cool down so I would suggest to fill the reservoir to the max to avoid it running out while you wait. Easy to clean and comes with a manufacture warranty.

I got it for my granddaughter for Christmas and I think she will love it
