My only complaint about product it is too small the strap across the top of the hammock was too short wouldn't clip closed on my dog that weighs 16 lbs and they said it would go up 30lb. Order the next size up!I ordered a small

My Pug/Chihuahua mix fights me about her nails. I would take her to grooming shop twice a month but this is saving me money with two dogs. I missed the front holes but I was still able to cut her nails. It was definitely a fight between us but once I got her up there (and she is a fluffy one) she calmed down and I was able to cut her nails. I recommend putting her on a stand closest to the railing if dog is too heavy, you can always remove the stand after you hook her up.

My Maltese still manages to twist, swing and attempt to twist out of.

This hammock is exactly what we needed to trim the dogs 🐶 🐶🐶 nails. They HATE getting their nails trimmed but don’t seem to mind hanging there while we trim them.Be aware, it definitely takes two people to get them in the hammock and get them hung from somewhere. It also takes some ingenuity to figure out where to hang them.We opted for an outdoor location, as the bright light makes it much easier to see where your trimmingWe hung chains from an outdoor pergola on our back patio.

Keeps dogs from moving so much

Really like this hammock so far but a bit awkward to use. My Westie seems to like it after one use. We will try it again next week.

I have 4 pugs and pugs are notorious for being difficult when cutting their nails. 3 of my 4 pugs are ehh, but one is satan reincarnated when you go near him with anytime of nail clipper or trimmer. Like we just went to the vet and they weren’t even able to cut his nails and prescribed drugs to calm trim down before his next appointment so they MIGHT be able to cut his nails.Well, anyway, now that I’ve painted that picture…I WAS JUST ABLE TO CUT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS NAILS! Holy grail! Miracle!Just for reference I have 4 pugs that all weigh 21-24 pounds, ages 4 and below, males and females.I ordered a medium.

I honestly thought this was NOT going to work on my pups. They give us such a hard time when we have to clip their nails, but this product is awesome. My husband rigged them up by the pool and was able to cut all their nails. It takes a little ingenuity to figure out how to hoist them up but once they are hooked up, they are unable to move. I ordered a large as my dogs are around 75 lbs. It was a little small on the torso and we couldn't clip the strap around their bodies, but it still worked. If your dog is a pit bull, I would definitely order an XL. Also, product does come with straps and clips.
