The media could not be loaded.  Newly diagnosed and found my normal bags were not appropriate to store or carry my diabetic medication and blood glucose monitor. I did buy 2 diabetic bags but neither suited my needs.I came across this case and after much thought, decided to take a chance on it. Luckily it does fit everything I need and can put it into my normal handbag. I love the bright colours and the fact it is a hard case, I no longer panic about the things inside getting damaged.My travel sharps container doesn't fit inside but that's fine as I can put it in an inside pocket in my bag. Also this case comes with 2 cool bags and 1 fits fine with everything in the case.

Exactly what I was looking for. Ideal size for diabetic travellers. Very pleased.

I have'nt used it yet but seems very sturdy and plenty of room to carry everything.

This thing kept 4 insulin pens cool for about 9 hours. There was enough room for a load of disposal needle tips too. If needed these could have been kept separate to free up storage space.
