These are so amazing. My mouth had started to feel like a desert during the night. It felt like my mouth had been open all night but it wasn't. I wasn't thirsty but there was no moisture in my mouth. At a friend's suggestion I tried these. I put a tablet on one of my back molar. In a few seconds it adheres to the tooth. As I sleep, it keeps my mouth from drying out. I can't feel moisture coming from it, but it works. By morning it has completely dissolved and I enjoyed a good night's rest.I have friends with the dry mouth issue whose doctor gave them a spray for their mouth. Everyone of them who tried these tablets said they work so much better than the spray.

I have been using these for at least a year now. Due to medications I have chronic dry mouth. Dry mouth is not only uncomfortable but can result in bad breath as well. I spent months researching and trying many products. What I was seeking was products which would alleviate my dry mouth, are long lasting, natural, and would not cause additional problems. Oh, I also needed something affordable for my budget. These discs are small in size, however are thick. One side is smooth and the other is coated with acacia which is the adherent. Acacia is natural;it is a plant. They also state they have acacia free in case of allergy. I've found the mint flavor to adhere better and also to stimulate more saliva. This is not to say you will be salivating like a dog.You won't in the least. What it does it just alleviates the dry mouth so your mouth feels "normal". These do last me 3-6 hours. Both normal and mild mint provide fresh breath scent. I use them at night while I sleep and sometimes use two. I am a mouth breather and also have sleep apnea. I thought everyone woke with morning breath until I learned it was my dry mouth. These are incredible and make waking up next to me more pleasant. The only con is how thick they are. You can definitely see something is in my mouth even though it is closed. I would rather have to use 2 smaller ones side by side if they worth it enough to not cause puffiness on the side of my mouth. I love these and rely on them. I do not know what I will do if they stop selling them or become too expensive as they are already more than I prefer to pay.

I've tried several different remedies but these work the best. Plus the minty ones keep your breath and mouth smelling clean and fresh.

These pair very well with my ADHD medication - I tend to chew lozenges, but these adhere out of the way and I can leave them alone to do their work. Dry mouth has been eradicated. However, the sugar alcohols can cause intense gas pain and bloating if you use too many! I was on a plane and my mouth was drier than usual because of the altitude, and then a delay meant that the dryness stretched on longer and I used more than I would have in a regular day - i'd been awake like 26 hours at that point. I got incredibly painful stomach cramps. That's not a fault of the product, of course, but it's a risk to keep in mind, especially when buying in bulk with more of the melts available at once.

I use this every night. I have Sjogren’s Syndrome and this keeps my mouth nice and moist all night long. Dry mouth is so bad for your teeth. It encourages decay. These are a godsend!!!

My dentist prescribed these for me due to me always having a dry mouth. I like them and use them as needed. They have a lasting effect.
