Very easy to mix and bake and tastes great. Not really Keto in my opinion.
The media could not be loaded. I've used several Lakanto products throughout the years of me being low carb, but most of those were their sweeteners so I was eager to try this bread mix. The package says "keto" on it but the ingredients in this bread mix would most likely never make it into the diet of someone that was eating clean keto. Those iffy ingredients are Resistant Tapioca Starch, Flour Blend (Pea, Buckwheat), and Vegetable fiber (Potato, Rice, Tapioca, Plantago). Now I see someone else mention the "oat fiber" was allowed on keto but it is actually because the "oat fiber" is all the fiber that has been stripped from oats and it is insoluble so basically it zeros itself out when you subtract the fiber from the carbs, if you follow a keto or low carb diet you'll know what I'm talking about. If you don't, then just ignore that last part. The bread mix is has two options that you can make with this mix and both have very simple an easy to follow instructions. I choose to follow the one with the yeast in it and we were very pleased with the outcome. The dough is a very sticky and wet mixture as you can see from my video and although the bag says you can mode it into a loaf on parchment paper, I seriously doubt that would be easy and can just picture what a mess that would be. I poured my dough into a greased 9x5 loaf pan an let it rise for one hour in a warm place and it more than doubled in that time so that was nice. It took about 50 minutes in my oven at 350 to get fully cooked. After I let it cool completely the bread was very easy to slice with a bread knife and it holds it shape well when you make sandwiches or toast out of it. A lot of low carb bread options will have a very eggy or foam like texture but this one is not like that at all. It is a nice crumb texture and has not eggy flavor at all. All three of us in the family have enjoyed eating this bread over the week and can say it is tasty. None of us had any digestive issues as some other reviewers have said so I'm grateful for that. I would buy this again as a special treat here and there when the budget allows, but it is not something we would eat on a daily basis just because we are huge fan of some of the ingredients.

Great taste, but could be more like bread, less like cake.
As keto breads go, this one probably is the best tasting. It was a bit dense, so maybe add a tiny bit of sugar, or maybe use club soda instead of water. The one negative is its not really like bread feel, but more like a bland cake. Its a bit crumbly. Overall, its pretty good, and maybe if the company reworks it a bit, it could be better.

Don’t waste your money
This was the worst bread mix I have ever had. It is so dry that you can’t even spread butter on it. It has absolutely no taste whatsoever. Don’t waste your money on this. I gave it one star because I couldn’t give it no stars.

Great for toast, but a bit crumbly
It's really hard to find a keto bread mix that is gluten free. There are so many that are filled with wheat gluten and that really isn't appropriate for clean keto. That being said, I am not 100% sure that the tapioca starch in this bread mix is appropriate for clean keto, but the bread is gluten free and very low carb, so it's definitely still worth a try in my opinion.Baking Instructions:The instructions and simple and the prep is easy. I did choose to use the yeast option and I think that is definitely the way to go. I mixed my yeast with warm water(also added a little sugar at this point...1/4 teaspoon) to activate my yeast. In a larger bowl I whisked 3 eggs with 1/4 cup of olive oil. After ten minutes of letting my yeast activate, I mixed the eggs mixture and the yeast mixture together. Then I added the bread mixture gradually stirring after each addition. It mixed well with no noticeable lumps. I had already greased well a 9 by 5 bread pan and at that point put the bread dough in. It took a little while to spread the dough evenly in the pan, and would have been easier if I had greased my hands and smoothed it in by hand. I then proofed the bread in my air fryer convection oven at 100 degrees for an hour. It raised really well, more than doubling. I baked mine in an air fryer convection oven(because those bake excellently). It took about 30 minutes at 330 degrees since convection cooks a little faster. The Bread:The bread bakes up as a nicely browned loaf, and looks pretty close to non-keto bread. I wasn't crazy about the texture of the bread right of the pan. It is a bit dry and crumbly, so I'm not sure it would hold up well to make a sandwich from. But the flavor is great. Later I toasted a piece with butter, and I really enjoyed it that way. I think it could possibly work for toasted sandwiches, but you'll have to be careful to keep it from falling apart. But it definitely is a great "toast" and perfect for people that are missing the bread from their morning plate of bacon and eggs.Thoughts:I really like this keto bread, as I've been missing bread ever since I started my keto diet. The texture is a bit crumbly, but the bread is delicious and it's actually one of the tastiest keto breads I have tried.
