First and replacement never worked out of box, kept it for the mixing bits.
Was really excited to have this to help me mix my 2oz bottles of paint. The first came in earlier than expected, but it was missing a couple mix sticks so I thought maybe it was a return, but it has the small stick that I wanted so I read the instructions and plugged in the USB to charge before first use and the indicator light never turned from red to green. Waited a full 24 hours after unplugging it and trying to get it to work before I tried recharging again. Still only red light. Reached out to Amazon for return and replacement no problem. Replacement came in and the exact same problem! It just would take a charge or engage the motor to spin the mix sticks. I decided to just keep the second product just for the mixing sticks! The sticks work great for 2oz bottles and the triangle one even fits into my 17ml miniature paint bottles too!The price was worth the 3mixing sticks in my opinion. I love the idea of this product, it just needs to actually work when it gets to the customer. Is also like to see faster RPMs to mix the paint more than just storing the clumped up pigments around till the break up into smaller bits for better pigment distribution, but again, it does help break up the built up pigments residue on bottom of bottles. Last thing is be prepared to waste some paint left on the mix sticks after each use, whether that be from having to wipe it off or rinsing paint off the sticks. I used some mini paint brushes to move most of the paint off the sticks to my wet pallette. Just a heads up for buyers. It really sucked that the mixer didn't work (I'm using a rechargeable screwdriver with same RPMs as original mixer instead) but I feel the price is worth the bits/mixing sticks!

Way too slow for mixing paint - useless
This unit is pathetically slow - not even fast enough to flick off the paint to self clean!! I don't have the time to mix the paint with this mixer - no faster than using a stick! The mixing wand is also plastic so wobbles under use. Worst purchase in a long time.

Didn’t work
It didn’t work. Wouldn’t charge and turn on. I got a replacement and that one did the same thing. Left it to charge a few hours but tried turning it on and still didn’t work.I’m glad I was able to get a refund through Amazon. That was the only good thing.
