Does a great job of keeping chilled wine at the perfect desired temperature. The chiller is easy to use and takes up little counter space. The size is nice to store in a closet. It can chill an entire bottle of wine but it is not a rapid chiller so it will take longer than chilling it in refrigerator. Fits standard wine bottle. We did have a one slightly oversized very thick glass bottle that did not fit but that was to be expected. Overall great item for those hard to buy for wine lovers.

I love the product itself but their customer service is very quick and professional.I highly recommend buying it. It is compact, great look and very useful especially when you host guests.

The media could not be loaded.  I usually drink room temperature wine…..I do NOT like it in the refrigerator. I was thinking about getting a big wine ‘refrigerator’ but I only have half a dozen bottles of wine at a time……then I saw this CHILLER. VERY IMPRESSED, works GREAT…..I put room temperature wine in & it’s ready to drink in 30minutes. VERY quiet….I LOVE THIS PRODUCT & I am glad I listened to the reviews. I would HIGHLY recommend.

This worked great for about 3 weeks. Easy to use, kept my wine cold. Now it simply doesn’t cool very much. Maybe keeps the bottle around 60 degrees if I set it down to 41 (minimum). Disappointed and too late to return or I would definitely try to get a refund.

I ordered this chiller and am absolutely thrilled with the value. The chiller quickly chills wine and keeps the temperature consistent over several days. It looks great on the bar.
