So the theory behind this is sound, but the actual usage is a bit problematic. I was excited when I found it because I really need something like this as I tend to slouch -- a lot -- definitely more than I should. The quality of the materials is good but the design is flawed. I couldn't maneuver this properly by myself and had to have help to get it adjusted properly. Once it was adjusted properly, it worked beautifully and did what it was supposed to do. Then came time to take it off. I tried to get it off without loosening anything but that was futile. I finally gave up and was able to loosen it up, but that meant I would need someone to help me put it on again and adjust it ... again. Granted, I'm a "plus" sized person but my grown kids had the same issues and they are not plus sized. We simply couldn't figure out how to do it by oneself, without help. Properly adjusting the fit is definitely a 2-person job so if you don't have anyone around to help you, that's going to be a big issue. So yes, it does work, and it is comfortable once on and *properly* adjusted, but getting it on and off by yourself is a problem, hence the 3 star rating.

It doesn't work. There's no instructions or illustrations on how to use this so-called "back posture corrector." It says 28"-48", but I think this is incorrect because the darn thing is too tight and it is impossible to wear this without having someone to assist you. Good luck with that if you're alone. I'll keep my mind open and give this thing another chance. For now, it didn't give any support to my back or relieved any of my back pains. I'll update my review once I see any improvements or if I can wear this without having any assistance from anyone. Maybe this is for a petite or a very small individual. Who knows.

Although the material is soft and comfortable there were a few concerns. One is the package arrives without instructions on how to apply or fit. Two once you figure it out there is very little support if any. Overall I would have preferred more support.

It does help with my posture. It's a little difficult to get on as I needed help with adjusting it to fit correctly, but it's comfortable.

Too small! This is more for a person with osteoporosis and it helps with their posture, or at least helps keep them standing straight

Easy to use comfortable and supportive not too bulky under clothing. Win win
