Tighter than what I bargained for but we’ll see how wearing these for the day goes. If you think you’re a small, get a medium. I pulled it all the way up to my armpit to make sure it doesn't cut off my circulation. It doesn’t feel completely bad once you have it on. So far the small will pass but just to be safe I would have ordered the medium.

I have Dystonia, which causes microspams up to violent jerking of various parts of my body. Weighted blankets give comfort so I wondered if compression products would do the same. I'm pleasantly pleased with the results of using these sleeves. Purchased mainly for the days when I have a deep trembling that makes me want to curl into a ball. However, my husband put one on when my arm was really cramping up, and voilà, the cramp stopped! I relaxed right away. I wish compression socks worked the same way for my feet and legs! I purchased according to the dimensions/size chart provided. Yes, they are tight. I did take it off after 30 minutes or so due to the tightness. If they were looser though, I don't think I would get the full therapeutic effect. Though tight, I can get them on myself, but it's easier with help. (You can only use one hand to pull it up with after all LOL.) Last thing: I received the wrong item the first time I ordered, but I think that was on Amazon, not this company. (The bag was open inside of the shipping box and a product that sort of looked like a compression sleeve was loose among other things shipped.) I was refunded and will be sending the other thing back. I received the correct product in 2 days or less.

I have been wearing these for several days now and I have noticed that they are starting to work because the sleeves are slowly working their way down my arms and I've been in the water's been slowly trickling down my arms to go where it's supposed to be going to trickle out so that I'm losing the water slowly but surely out of my arms and it's starting to work so they're great investment that I have made and my limpidemia coach is the one who recommended me wearing them and trying to wear them again and again so that's what I'm doing now is wearing them until I start back with her again to get my arms wrapped and this is working out so well and I'll keep wearing them until I get my arms wrapped and everything so hopefully my arms will start drinking some until I start getting them wrapped again well thank you for having this good investment I'm glad that I'm wearing them and they're starting to work and I will be probably coming back to buy a smaller pair in a few weeks time to move up for the next step to see what size I'm to do next when I get measured and then that way I know what size to get for the next size next size sleeve. Would have loved to have worn these as they seemed very well made and material seemed it would be comfortable….but they were too large.I asked Amazon if I could exchange for a smaller size but Amazon said I can’t do an exchange. That I had to do a return and repurchase only.That the Seller doesn’t do exchanges, and charges for return shipping.So I decided at $27.55 minus return shipping charge of $9.00 was too much to pay when sizing and fit on this type of item is so important to the customer.Risking a penalty again by buying another pair, and having to return and purchase again with return shipping is more than I am able to afford these days.Sorry, but no thank you.

I just received this so I can't speak for long term use. I ordered a size up after reading reviews and comparing items. I'm a US size 16, I have lymphedema in my arm post shoulder surgery. Wrist 7", forearm 13", bicep 16", I ordered an XXL. The lower arm fits snug but not too tight. To describe compression with sleeve on my lower and upper arm are 2" less in diameter. I will purchase again and do recommend, but size up. Also read return policy before purchasing.

Muy buen producto. Es muy difícil encontrar mangas de compresión. El único inconveniente que les veo es que son muy cortas. Después de una cirugía se necesita compresión de la muñeca hasta abajo de la axila por lo que quedan cortas. En mmo casa compré dos y las mandé coser. Gracias

Je l'utilise pour dégonfler mon bras problème de lynphodem, j'aurais dû prendre une taille de plus, c'est un peu petit pour l'enfiler

I ordered my exact size , so when i went to put on it was just a little tight to get on . It is in my opinion great for purpose, but i would go up one size for comfort.
