Tiny Little Big Clock
When I first saw it I thought it might be a cheap toy clock, but this is actually pretty well made. The face looks a little candyland but the resolution is good and the luminoids glow nicely in a dark room. The dimensions are a tiny 2.1/4 x 2.1/4 x 1.1/4 inches and the face is 1.3/4 inches, but you don't need glasses to see it. Time keeps accurately and so far the alarm has worked every time I set it. The second hand is nearly silent unless you put it to your ear, or place it on a hollow wood cabinet. The set knob (which they say to turn counter-clockwise only) is positive, and the alarm button is pretty straight forward. The snooze button also lights the face, which is actually pretty bright white when your eyes are used to the dark. A green or red LED would have done it. The ascending alarm is a little tinny but makes enough of a racket to wake me. Overall, a lot of clock on very little real estate.

Simple travel clock
This is a great travel alarm clock. I use it even when I'm not traveling. It is easy to read at night with the built in light. The lighting is not uniform across the clock's face but is still useable. The phosphor on the clock's hands glow at night for a while when the internal light is shined on them, making reading even easier. The thickness of the clock is enough so that it stands up stably. It uses a long lasting AA battery. It's lightweight and so easy to carry when traveling. The alarm time is easy to set and to turn on and off. There is a push button on top for this. It pulls up and pushes down for simple set/cancel control. The time and alarm time are easy to set using a recessed knob in the back. There is no snooze control but I never needed this feature anyway. This is the way travel alarm clocks have been made for at least the last 25 years. Modern LCD types are hard to read at night and are hard to set using so many small buttons. I'd buy it again in a minute and certainly would recommend it to anyone needing a travel alarm clock.

Basic Alarm Clock - Easy to Use
I was looking to replace my travel alarm clock and decided to try this one. I like having a basic alarm clock that I can easily set by turning a dial. It may not be as accurate as a digital clock, but it makes up for it in how quickly it can be set. I've used it a few times at home and it has worked great. The alarm starts at a low volume and increases volume until you turn it off. It's not an obnoxious sound. My only small complaint is that the plastic feels a bit flimsy. I had trouble getting the back off to put in the battery and when I did, I felt that the back cover could easily break with very little pressure. But, the price is right, it works great and it will be easy to pack. I hope it lasts a long time.Update 12-5-10 I've noticed that the price for this alarm clock keeps adjusting higher. It is not worth more than $10 to $11.00.

Keeps Getting LouDER!!!
Oh, my gosh, I hate getting up in the morning. There have been days when I've slept through the alarm on the clock radio entirely, and so does my husband, and it rings for 20 minutes! My clock radio has a pretty loud alarm, but he hears NOTHING, not even the blow dryer. Hmm, maybe I should try aiming it at him. If I ever get the noive, I'll update this review. So, I must must must have a backup alarm. I also need a travel alarm, because travel is right up there with sleeping on our list of important things to do. I had a nice little cheap travel alarm that was slightly larger, but it went and died. It lost time, too, the whole time I had it. But it served its purpose: Making sure I stopped hugging the pillow, put my feet on the floor and went into the bathroom to turn it off. 99% of the time I stay up after that.It was very difficult for me to choose another travel/backup alarm. There are a lot of them, and I spent days reading reviews. Finally I realized I was obsessing, ordered this one and crossed my fingers. And I'm very happy with it, from its small footprint to its clean lines to its alarm that gets progressively louder the longer it goes, to the fact that it keeps time well and goes off at the time it's set to go off. And since I keep it in the bathroom, I can keep an eye on the time while I'm getting ready for work, yet it needs so little space. Can't make up your mind? Get this one. You won't be disappointed.

Westclox Travel clock
Bought to replace ancient Braun which stills keeps time but no longer alarms. Its smaller than the Braun but alarm is loud, snoozes well, and alarm gets more insistent the longer you let it ring. This last is a good thing. And the alarm sounds nice to my ears, this is a very good thing. I destroyed a LLBean alarm clock I bought a original replacement for my Braun because the noise of the alarm drove me crazy when it went off. The alarm of this Westclox gets me up w/o getting me angry. It is keeping good time and runs quiet. The small size was a bit of a surprise when it arrived but its been a boon as cats' tails miss sweeping it off the nitestand. Controls are simple and I like the location of the alarm-on-off switch. Light is quite brite and button for it doubles as snooze switch. All in all I'm glad I found this clock.

Amazing little clock
This little clock is the highest quality analog alarm clock I have owned. Most alarm clocks this size usually have loud ticks and an alarm that goes off too late or too early. This one has the softest tick and though I can hear it slightly, it doesn't bother me when I sleep. The alarm also goes off almost perfectly to the time it is set and deviates sometimes by going off maybe 1 min earlier but that is minuscule compared to a more expensive Seiko I bought previously with an alarm that was late by 5 minutes. The light is also very useful and this is one of the few models left with a snooze light. I only wish Westclox would make the same model but with a continuous silent sweep and then it will be the best analog alarm clock in the world!Update (4/2) - 2 monthsClock is still working perfectly and exactly the same time as my other clocks which shows that it isn't faster or slower. The $19 is way overpriced though, should be around $10.

Petit
Je donne 4 étoiles car ce cadran est très petit mais parfait pour les voyages. Pour ma part, mon utilisation est quotidienne. Il est sur ma table de chevet.
