Seems to be ok so far. Not sure how much it helps manage the numerous chemical sensitivities I have. I control for exposures (food additives etc); but I can’t stop flares from random chemicals (exhaust, peoples perfumes and laundry). Hope this along w the other work I do, will help.

I read the scientific literature and indeed this is supported the anti inflammation. It is also estrogenic. It eases my period cramps. However, if I’m not careful it also can shorten my period. I’ve been taking this carefully for a few years now. I have endometriosis and PCOS but can’t find good doctors. If you have trouble regulating your period in a way that makes it less frequent, consult with your doctor first and be careful regardless of what they say because doctors don’t know anything. That said I’m a repeat purchaser and believe this is an authentic and effective product. It alleviates autoimmune symptoms that come with my period as well. Be careful, but if this is for you, purchase it. Do not think of it as a “probably lol” supplement, though. Take it more seriously. It’s a potent herb.

I bought this supplement to help with inflammation and symptoms of glaucoma I read the reviews and was looking forward to it helping me relax and enjoy the benefits that has been advertised however I took half of the lowest dosage being it was my first time trying it and looking forward to relaxing I too my first dose at night well out the blue my adrenaline kicked in with heart palpitations I couldn't relax at all to sleep it was hard to use the restroom I had to force myself to urinate because it felt hard to pea even though I had to go anyway after about an hr and half I was finally able to get some rest I was still feeling the effects of it the next day like panic mode adrenaline paranoia thoughts it's just not for me it reminded me of a weight loss medication that I was prescribed I believe it has similar ingredients I would say if your looking for a stimulant it's good for that however check with your doctor first before taking this supplement
