Bought these for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party! They are great all the cupcake toppers, cake topper, hanging ice cream trucks and some colorful ballon's!Great addition for our candy land theme

The garland is already strung so it was very easy to put up! And the cake topper is already attached to the stick, too! The balloons were as difficult as usual to blow up, but not terrible. Very cute!
