I really wanted to like these rice noodles. I bought them because they are kosher for Passover, and it's hard to find good noodles for Passover chicken matzo ball soup. These noodles have a strange taste and texture. They actually took flavor out of my soup and gave it an unpleasant taste. My entire family did not like them and couldn't finish the soup. I tried the noodles in an Asian dish and ended up throwing the whole dish away. I usually love rice noodles, but these are awful. I will throw the second box away.

I ordered these because they were kosher and because they would arrive quickly. They tasted good, too! Perfect for the Vietnamese salad I was making.

Of course, my preference would be to have wheat based vermicelli but since my diagnosis of celiac disease these rice sticks were a good substitute.

I used these noodles to make a gluten free pho and it turned out great. Super easy and fast to make.
