Back Stretcher for Lower Pain Relief, Cracking Device, Multi-Level Massager Cracker Board, Spine Relief Herniated Disc, Sciatica, Scoliosis

I got this for my back in places that I couldn’t get to crack. I am obsessed with this back cracker! The one thing I do not like you can see on the board that it had little dots on it. Those were harder than I thought they were going to be. Don’t get me wrong, I still liked this a lot. I just wish it was a little softer.

I received this yesterday. The directions were a little odd. It shows a young woman holding the backrest and it instructed to "bend" thst piece prior to putting it in the foundation. It looks like she is easily bending this very hard piece of plastic. I couldn't do it so I stuck one end into the base then, not easily, bent it enough.. with a lot of trying ... into the top slot where ut belongs. There also is a blue foam strip but nothing is written about it. I believe the ends of the strip SHOULD HAVE been forced into slits at each end BEFORE the hard plastic was bent and put om the base. I forced the ends into each slot with a flat metal object. That's about all for the assembly.The actual use instructions are clear. So far good. Today, second use, my back muscles are a little sore. The first use felt more comfortable and weren't sore to start. During the night I felt what seemed to be a vertebrae pop into place. This can also be used sitting in a large chair.

I don’t dislike this product. I just thought it would it crack my back, it sort of does but not how I would’ve liked it to. Then again it’s not what its intended purpose is. I still have yet to find something that will actually crack my back. It is mostly meant to stretch your back and yeah it stretches my back pretty well.

Thus cushion doesn't stay on well but really helps the back.

I bought this for my husband. He is constantly bending/stooping/lifting at his job, and he consistently would complain of back pain. I bought this because I saw similar items on tiktok, and the first time he used it, he said his back pain was relieved significantly. He ended up taking it to the guys at his shop, and they all used it and love it. This is something I recommend to a lot of my friends and family when they complain of back pain.

I use it daily along with a roller but the slim plastic part in the middle broke already. I don't know why they designed it like that. They should not have holes there. Makes it more fragile.

I was doubting the product at first but still wanted to try. Once I got it and used it, it was actually a good stretching tool for my back. Not just lower back but mid to upper back too. Just follow the instructions that it came with and it hill help relief your back from tightness/ tension.

It was easy to set up, use, and adjust as needed.
