I run and bike a lot, so chafing is not a new thing for me. So far, I have tested many abrasion products and I must admit that I am extremely positively surprised with this cream. First of all, it stays on the skin for a long time, which is of great importance during long trips. It was perfect even for cycling in rainy weather. Additionally, it has a pleasantly refreshing effect and - which can of course be subjective - is not 'sticky' and does not feel greasy.What is also important, the price-quality ratio is really high. I definitely recommend it, not only for cycling!

Not sticky or runny like others goodbprice for the amount. Last couple of creams I’ve used can’t get them anymore.. this one goes on well and stubs the good old Chubb rub!!

I have not used this to prevent chaffing brought about from cycling. Instead I have this product for different uses. One example being to relieve dry skin and cuts/crack to knuckles which normally occur in the colder weather. The product does contain an anti-septic ingredient in eucalyptus oil and hydrating oils such as shea butter. It is really a moisturising and protective barrier type of product. And it does this very well.Easily applied and absorbed. This cream should last quite some time because a little bit does go a long way.This product could well be also ideal to bring some relief and help to compact bed sores. Many elderly people get the sores from sitting in chairs for many hours of the day and/or from also being in bed for many hours too. I recall a relative of mine got bed sores and it was not pleasant for him to have them.This is a versatile product which can not only be used for chaffing from cycling or chaffing brought about from general everyday life from clothing rubbing against the skin. It can also help and/or prevent sores or chaffing from participating in other sports and activities; it should also be able to assist and bring relief and potential prevention of bed sores; and used as a protective &/or relieving moisturising cream for hands and other areas too.

What's important with a chamois cream? How easily it goes on, how pleasant or unpleasant it feels when it's on, and most of all does it prevent or at least reduce chafing? Well, this ticks all the boxes. It goes on easily enough and, unlike some creams, isn't too greasy, so feels pleasant enough when you're in the saddle. As for chafing, I haven't had chance to use it on back-to-back days yet, and that's where the real test is as any multi-day rider knows, but so far, so good on single day rides.
