Bought this item for my 10 year old daughter, she was so excited to get it and had been waiting for it to arrive, when it finally arrived we took it out of the package and set it up but only the blue light would work, we could not get the other two lights to work, she was very upset, so I will be returning this item and getting her something else

The first one I got was missing battery parts and requested a new one. I got another one. It had all of its parts but would not stay in the holder. Ended hot glueing the fiber optic strips together and to the holder. Works great.

Don't waste your time or money. Bought one because I remember my grandparents had something similar in the early 80's. Opened this up and found half of the fiber strands pulled loose. The included batteries were dead. When I did get new batteries, the thing stopped working less than 10 minutes later...and no, wasn't a battery issue this time. It is cheaply made and I'm requesting a refund.

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter, however after receiving it, it was very cheaply made, so I decided to just give it to her and bought a new gift. The lights are pretty though.

I got this product for my classroom and it does not stay together. I would like to return it for a full refund.
