Q: How long do you put it in the microwave for?

20 seconds or less has worked for me.

Q: How do you wash the mask?

Hi there! You can wash your Manta STEAM Mask as often as you want. If exposed to oils, creams, food, or makeup, please clean the eye cups regularly. Wait at least 2 hours after use before washing the product. Hand wash the eye cups with cold water and mild soap then air dry flat. While the Manta STEAM Eye Cups could only be hand washed, the head strap in the mask could be machine washed cold (as long as you put it inside a small laundry bag). Please air dry flat the mask once you’re done washing it.

Q: Could you wear these all night?

We have some customers who use this overnight but the product was designed to be used for short periods of time only. The insides are made with beads so it might be uncomfortable for overnight use for some.

Q: Since the beads release moisture, how many months will they continue to work?

I’m not sure how long the beads will last but they don’t have a limited amount of moisture in them. They absorb moisture from the air in the room and then it gets released when you heat up the eye inserts. Once they cool down, they start absorbing moisture again.
