Now that I am a Woman of a Certain Age, I've noticed that I don't tolerate heat as well as I used to. Let me rephrase that: I do not tolerate heat. I was having hot flashes about 15-20 times per day. Hum started working to reduce the personal heatwaves down to three the first day to barely any every day after that. I received this product a little over a week ago with the hopes that it would relieve me of the 4-5 hot flashes that were hitting me in my sleep. I can’t believe this, but I haven’t had ONE incidence of kicking off the covers since I started taking this. It’s truly a miracle supplement! Although it’s pricey, I 100% recommend it for hot flash relief!
