Goes great in pho, and barbecue sauce. It's a smokey hot flavor. When you mix it with things the heat isn't as strong. But if you sprinkle it over like a meat the heat is a little bit more intense. It's good either way.

Love this ghost pepper powder! A little dash of this is all you really need. Depending on the type of food you are eating, sometimes you may need to use a little more to feel the heat. Then again, I have a high spice tolerance.

I’m enjoying the heat and the smoky flavor.It almost has a slight Cayenne pepper taste to it, so if there’s something that calls for cayenne pepper you could substitute. And get some great heat into your food.

I love, love, love this ghost pepper. I use it on almost everything. It has a great taste and is easy to apply to generate the spicy level you want (mild, hot, super hot - you name it). It enriches every meal that goes well with spicy taste. I prefer this powder over hot sauce for cooking. You need only very little to generate great effects and it does not lose its taste or run bad as quickly as sauces.
