Arrived early but broken, needed this for an anniversary thank goodness I had super glue but save your money!!

Brides head was broken off
Arrived today, haven’t unpackaged yet but can clearly see the brides head has fell off, no other damage other than small paint chippings on the bouquet and the bad paint job at the bottom. Very disappointed. The quality is poor, wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item.

Headless figures
Very disappointing for the figured to turn up headless. And it looks like the heads have also been previously glued on!Very disappointed will be requesting a refund!

Poor packaging
Delivered in an envelope and damaged beyond use. This is my second purchase the first was perfect. I hope the company will concider a small box at least than a envelope which offers no protection. And maybe a fragile sticker!
