It's been working fine for three years
Of you haven't used an access point before it may take a couple of tried to figure it out but once you do this gadget is a good value but I have it four stars because it is 2.4 band only You can find set up help online by searching for it. I have had this for over three years and it's signal is stronger than my router's signal and undermanned fine for surfing and shopping.

The products works, but the range extension is extremely limited. The product has to be placed no more than 25 feet from the wireless router, and the product can be no more than 25 feet from any device that's attempting to connect to the wireless network. The product can achieve these maximum distances only if no obstructions/walls/floors are in the way. Walls/floors limit the distances to about 10 feet.

Flawed Design and/or Software
After numerous attempts using two android phones and Windows 10 PC I seemed to get through the setup procedure, but it still wouldn't work. I am quite proficient in the digital world and suspect this product has design and software flaws or it was defective. Would suggest you consider other options.

Does not work
Can't get it to work after so many attempts, and I am a network professional over 20 years. It refuses to get into bridge mode thus all devices connected to it are going nowhere. It is probably a software bug. Unfortunately when I got it, I did not have time to try it, until it has passed return time limit.
