This feeder is amazing! It was super easy to set up and comes with a user-friendly app that lets you schedule feedings or dispense food with just a tap on your phone. It holds a generous amount of food, and my cats already come running the moment they hear it dispense. Highly recommend this purchase!

I am so glad I spent a little more than planned on this feeder. Set up was easy, my two cats love it, very good quality! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! It is easily controlled by an app and worked just as stated the first day I used it. The bowls are deep and can also be used for dogs. I love that you have the option of one bowl or two and it sits up higher, preventing strain on your pet’s neck. You will not be disappointed if you choose this feeder.

I thought maybe the square or bone shapes were the reason for it jamming, so I bought smaller rounder kibble. Nope still jams at every scheduled feeding. I have to dig my hand in the supply of food to unjam it. This is absolute junk if you were depending on your animals actually getting fed. We have to manually feed our dogs every day or just open the top of this feeder and let them eat out of that. It may dispense 20 pieces of kibble after a good two minutes of going round before it sends a jam notification. I realized the lid had the kibble sizes on it and made sure the pieces I was putting in were equal or smaller to the images but, nope, still a waste of money.

Sorry for this long message but I rather give as much detail as possible!I’ve never had an automatic feeder before but this is one is good.The feeder plugs in to the wall and connects to your phone through an app and connects to the wifi. I was worried if my wifi goes out that my animals wouldn’t be fed but according to the app it should still maintain the feeding schedule regardless. I haven’t had an issue yet.The app is pretty simple to use and set up. The one thing is the feeding schedule is in military time so it won’t say AM or PM but it’s super easy to figure out. You can set the portion sizing how you’d like and you’re able to set as many feedings as you’d like as well. I have only 3 feeding times a day because that works best for me. I also set to 3 as the potion size as that’s recommended by the veterinarian.Aside from the feeding schedule there are two other options. 1. There’s a “FEED” button on the feeder to press (1 serving at a time), if you’d like. You’re able to lock this feature so the animals don’t figure out how to feed themselves after watching you press the button. 2. From anywhere! You can feed your animals any portion sizing you want. I’ve been hours away from home and still able to feed my animals a snack in between scheduled feeding times.The feeder came with the feeder itself, bowl set ups, and legs that they all rest on. There are 2 different heights for the animals to eat at (in the image I provided that is the tallest height). Also, it has two options of one or two bowls and is easy to change out, if needed. Super easy to clean and haven’t had an issue yet.I’d best recommend this for cats or small to medium sized dogs. No more than about 30 or so lbs. Depending on the breed.

The feeder is a great size to hold food for my two dogs. I love that there is risers so its not on the floor being my dogs are older. The feeders performance is great we buy dog food wirh little bone shaped kibble in it and it dispense it perfectly. The set up is even super easy, im not one to use directions and i didnt even need to double check.

What an awesome cat feeder! Firstly this thing is packaged really well, even came with a cat toy (the box, haha) Setup was a breeze, only took a few minutes and the app to integrate on your phone is super easy, works instantly when you press “feed” from your phone. We had an old feeder that the cats would knock over, this thing is sturdy! The battery backup is awesome too, as I travel for work and am always worried about a power outage or tripped breaker, not a problem with this thing. The voice memo is a nice touch! A few different options for raising it with the included feet as well, which is thoughtful. Overall very good quality for the price! Will be buying from this brand in the future.

Purchased June 2024 and I have given it plenty of time and opportunity to change my mind but I honestly feel that this was a waste of money.I originally purchased the feeder for my dogs. From the very first try the food got stuck and jammed the feeder. I double checked the food size that the feeder can dispense and while our dog food was within the range of the largest allowable size, it should have still worked without issue since the feeder claims to be able to work with food size up to that size.After trying to have the feeder dispense the food about 7 times I gave up and decided to try the cat food. The feeder was never able to dispense dog food on the large allowable size. The size should not be advertise as an option because the feeder cannot dispense it. The feeder operates much better with the much smaller sized food like cat food or puppy food.However, the dispenser still gets stuck with food about every 2nd to 4th feeding. Since the cats get fed twice a day I’m having to remove the top and physically move the food around in the reservoir to get it unstuck for the next feeding. At this point I visit the bowls almost as often as if I was hand feeding the cats.I’m only giving it 2 stars because the reservoir system does store the food well and the idea behind the system is cool, but needs work to operate properly.

Like that it is raised and it does distribute food reasonably well. It needs to be refilled about once every 4 days for my two kitties. However, it has been jamming every single mealtime (bought it 5 months ago, jamming started about 2 months ago) despite the fact we are using kibble size considered compatible. Wish we could return it and get a different one as the jamming each mealtime is highly inconvenient and makes the autofeeder essentially pointless.
