Tales of Rapunzel #1: Secrets Unlocked (Disney Tangled the Series) (A Stepping Stone Book(TM))

I've never seen "Tangled the Series" that this book is an adaptation of, but I did see the Disney movie "Tangled" and loved it (even more than "Frozen"). This quick, fun, and occasionally funny book weaves two separate, but continuing, tales about Rapunzel, Eugene (formerly Flynn Rider), Pascal the chameleon, Max the horse, and two new characters - lady-in-waiting and future castle guard Cassandra, and teenage inventor/alchemist Varian - into one package. The result is fast-paced fun, as Rapunzel gets back her long blond hair and goes on adventures with boyfriend Eugene and Cassandra. The drawings that accompany the text are simple but delightful, and this is a great book to read aloud to your kids, or for them to curl up with on their own.

This is a perfect book for my Rapunzel loving daughter. The chapters allow us to easily have a place to stop for the night.
