Looks of Cycle wonderful and easy to ride and Comfortable.
Look of this Cycle is Wonderful. Easy to ride and comfortable . Some parts of Cycle is missing like Cycle Bell and Bottle holder. I got no accessory or tools with this Cycle and I assembled it outside from a local cycle shop. Company should provide accessories or tools with cycle. Company also should provide assemble facility But I thankful to Miss Pooja for giving me the guidance, support and diet chart and her behaviour is also very good. Her guidance is very helpful for me.

Product is very good and easy to use. No issues till now reported. Hope won't have any.

Poor Quality and third class service
The cycle is built up of poor quality material. It got bend in just 3 months and the company is no honouring the warranty. The company is asking for RS 800 for tech visit and spare parts charges will be separate. Highly unsatisfied

Good Product
Comfortable and easy stability off-road! Can climb up anything. Thicker tire gives you more gripping on road. Don't fill the air too tight, it burst open from the rim once. Overall, strong build framework, light despite the heavy tires and smooth off road riding

Head turner beast
This is one head turner of a bicycle. One concern don't fill up the air for 30 psi, else Tyre will separate from alloy. 20 psi is good enough. I had availed their after sales service as well, it's awesome they immediately aligned engineer and both times I got a visit next day itself.

Good cycle but not received as shown in product picture.
Bottle holder is shown in picture,but not given with cycle or any screw in that area to fit it. A minor damage in the back rim. Need replacement but product is currently unavailable. Cant return as the colour is very good and hard to get these days. No guard for rear gear unit. Cultpass dietician is very good and know's what she is doing.

Very helpful and good
The product is really good and comfortable to use. Easier to use and maintenance is less complicated. Got diet plans and suggestions from Dietician Meena. Thank you for the product
