TERRIBLE: Strap doesn’t fit 11” ankle! DISAPPOINTING: Only 1, not a pair.
The picture where you see the dimensions isn’t clear about what size ankle this strap fits. The strap shown as 6.5” is really (at least on mine) 5.25”, but worse it must go through the ring and go past the Co. Name to get to the adhering Velcro… It would have to be 4” longer for me.Yes, now I see it doesn’t say "pair" anyplace, but it does say "Ankle straps," "Ankle bands," Dumbbells on your feet," and "All ankle straps are replaced" in the text. No "One Band" or "Not a Pair" or "Sold for one foot." I didn't look carefully enough, but even now I'm not sure where I would learn it was just one - not in the product description or check out text. My bad.I won't make these mistakes again with this company.

Almost a good product
If you're a nimble girl with size 6 feet, I'm sure this product will work well for you. If you're 6'2", a little overweight, somewhat inflexible with size 13 shoes, no chance. I'm in between (size 10 shoe) and I can use it with difficulty. The problem is getting it on, there's video of a girl putting it on (different seller but looks identical) and it looks so easy, but my body doesn't quite bend like hers. Works fine once you get it on.

Nice single dumbell strap for lighter weights
This strap has thicker padding than my other pair, feels nice and cushioned on my ankles. Using a single strap is really all you need for your workout. The dumbbells hang on the bottom of the shoe so you'll want to have a step or something of different height to get better range of motion and to be able to swing your leg. Perfect to have for your home set up and small enough to travel to the gym, great value for a nifty piece of equipment!
