There aren't many options like this out there. But these lights burn my plants' leaves. I have them on two small pothos, and I have had to adjust the light to turn on for way less time and on for two hours then off for one and so on to give the plants time away from the light. It does not appear to be stopping leaves from being burned. My plants will out grow this light very soon. It would be better for small succulents. It is also a large piece of equipment for a tiny plant. I wish there were better options out there. The taller version would be better but it is not adjustable so it a bit to tall for small houseplants. Sigh.
