The fitness tracker is pretty but came without any instructions. The "manual" was not easy to understand so I pretty much had to figure it out by myself. There was a tool that came with it with no explanation. I finally found it was for the shortening of the wrist band. I couldn't get a read-out on the watch, but I downloaded the app onto my cell phone and look at my results on it. My suggestion is to give this to an older person and see how long it takes to follow the directions on the manual or figure it out for herself - and then revise the manual.

I liked the rapid response when I needed to exchange the first watch I got. Then, when setting up the new one, the set up was way too difficult. Sizing the watch to fit my wrist was difficult and I ended up taking it to a jeweler to do it for me. I finally got it working, except the "Sleep" function does not seem to want to measure sleep (which is one of the main reasons for buying this type of watch).

I was disappointed in this product on several levels: - it is MUCH bigger than I expected based on the listing photos. I do not have petite hands or wrists, yet the length of the watch face basically is the width of my wrist. - I don't trust the pedometer. I put it on yesterday morning and took four steps (I counted)... and it registered 32 steps. I thought that was odd, and turned back to the table I'd picked up the watch from (4 more steps)... and then it registered 55 steps. - It's "adjustable," but only after YOU remove links and then reconnect the remaining links. It's not mentioned, but they *do* provide a tool to remove the connecting pins so you can remove the links. What they DON'T provide is a tool that you can use to rejoin the remaining links. Luckily, I have a jewelry repair kit that contained special pliers. So, *I* was fine, but be prepared. - The battery life is pretty short. I do NOT wear it while I sleep, and I still have to charge it every 48 hours. - Connecting to the phone is confusing. You cannot just use the Bluetooth connectivity of your phone - you HAVE to use their app. I don't mind using the app. It has some interesting functions, such as additional watch faces (not too many, but it's nice to have a few options). BUT.... you have to connect to Bluetooth THROUGH the app. Why? - I also noticed that the watch will "lose" its Bluetooth connection for no apparent reason - I mean, the phone would be in my pocket. I'd have to relaunch the app, and the watch would reconnect.It *is* very comfortable to wear, once you adjust the wrist band.I used this for six days before writing my review. I really wanted to give it a fair chance. I am disappointed in this product just because it neither performs nor looks as reasonably expected based on the listing.

I read the reviews and one of the reviews said that the watch required adjustments with the links. They had a tool to remove links but that tool broke with the second link. Ended up taking the watch to a jeweler who was able to determine the right size and remove all necessary links. The watch is bigger than the picture but I think pretty attractive overall. Not sure about accuracy.

Love the look of this, but no instructions on adjusting the band, had to take it to a watch repair shop and spend $19. Tried texting the company twice with no response.

the App that goes with the watch which was made in China, has a lot of funky advertising with it, which I do NOT appreciate. My money was promptly refunded.

I love this fitness tracker! I thought it was going bad but it turns out the charger wasn't working as well anymore after about a year. I get compliments all the time about how nice it looks.
