Seems to run a little bit small, I'd go a size up. But this is really nice! Not to thick, not too thin! Halloween colors make it a plus! Good material, will purchase again!

Edit: seller tells me they have switched manufacturers so the product styles should be more consistent going forward. Therefore I changed from 2 to 4 stars (since the shirts that fit well deserve 4-5 stars)I bought the red&black buffalo plaid flannel first (size small) and it fit great, was soft and comfortable, seemed well-made for the price, and sufficiently warm without being stiff or heavy. I am 5'6" 120lbs and wanted a flannel that was fitted through the waist - not too tight, but not baggy or boxy either. I was very happy with the red one so I bought several more buffalo plaid flannels in green&black, grey&black, blue&black, and purple&black. The green and grey flannels had prime shipping but the blue and purple ones didn't, so the green and grey arrived first. The green and grey flannels fit exactly like the red one, had the same interior tags, and were exactly like the red shirt in every way except color.However, the blue and purple shirts, when they arrived weeks later, were an incredible disappointment. They are absolutely not the same product as the first 3 shirts I bought. They are a totally different cut, very baggy through the torso (about 3-4" wider - see photos), even though the shoulders are the same width. In other words, it's not that the blue and purple shirts are a bigger size, but rather a different style entirely. The interior tags are different also (see photos) - the blue and purple shirts are size "42" while the red, gray and green shirts say size "small."The wider shirts are less comfortable because my elbows keep getting caught in the excess fabric around the waist. Also because the shirt is so baggy, my body heat escapes. Getting them tailored would cost about as much as these shirts cost in the first place, so they no longer seem like a good value for the price.I am very disappointed by this bait-and-switch. These products should not share the same product page because they are NOT just different colors of the same shirt. Advertising them this way is misleading to customers. I am very disappointed that I wasted my money...but unfortunately I cut the tags off before realizing the new shirts were not the same as the old shirts, so I can't just return them and get my money back. So I write this review in an attempt to save other customers from making the same mistake I did. If you order these shirts, make sure to try EACH ONE ON before cutting the tags off!!!

Pleasantly surprised, it heavier than expected. Very nice! Great value, shirt was on sale. Soft fabric.
