Cool fan!
UPDATED: ok, the fan is cheap enough so I wouldn't risk charging the battery through the fan, I charge it with a 18650 battery chargers. Though it does gives output which is the usb port where you can charge your phone WITH the fan. I vape so I have plenty of 18650 batteries to use with it, pretty cool.Needed a mini usb fan for my laptop working station but don't want a filmsy twistable toy fan so I ordered this item. Worked as needed, provided cool air for the little recording studio/music production working station I have in my car. I also use it at night, the sound of a moving fan makes good ambience for sleeping, it's small enough to tape on the wall for more uses.

Not really mute.
Great speeds but not really mute unless you leave it on the first setting, the second and third setting let's out a really loud sound on any solid surface and it can get annoying.
