Great back-up option
I've had the Petz Reactik for 5+ years and the original battery's life has significantly decreased, as has the back-up battery that I got with it. This is a great option to keep in my trailrunning pack for longer races in case my batteries die, and the batteries are easy to source. Definitely not as powerful or long-lasting as the Petzl specific battery but a great emergency option.

No adaptive mode on REACTIK+, no bluetooth LED indicator.
The case works and is ok for a backup.I bought it for a REACTIK+ head torch though, and this case doesn't work on reactive mode, so you're stuck in constant mode. It also doesn't have an LED so there's no indication of battery level or bluetooth mode.

I didn't realise til I reread the product description that it the lamp only gives out 40% using this. More like 20. This wasn't written on the french amazon where I bought it. Very disappointed. I was stuck in the Costa Rican jungle last night and couldn't see very well at all. I was hoping this would be a useful emergency backup, as I work 8/9 hour shifts at night looking for sloths. Oh well I'll have to make sure my Petzl reactik is fully charged before I go out every day now... Ironically I got an email this morning asking me what I thought of this product. Well...I wasn't expecting much when I received it as it looks cheap. Very poor for such a good brand.

Does well what it's built for.
Considering it's a plastic box for batteries, it would be hard for this item to disappoint with anything. Still, it's solid, and most importantly - just works.

Sirve para baterías AAA de NI/MH recargables.
La cajita está bien y supongo que va a durar mucho tiempo además es cómoda para una emergencia aunque prefiero la batería específica porque las tres de la triple A en la cajita duran muy poco pero para emergencia bien por la adaptabilidad.

Utilizzo batterie mini stilo
Rispetta quanto proposto. Inizialmente ho cercato il supporto con batteria al litio ma visto la difficoltà nel trovarlo ho ripiegato su quello con batterie mini stilo e ho fatto bene.Perfetto anche per intensità nella luminosità
